which you purchased it, SEAT of South Africa has appointed a number of Approved
SEAT Motor Body Repairers that conform to our stringent standards. Should anything
happen to your SEAT you can locate the contact details of the Approved SEAT Motor
Body Repairer closest to you by either contacting any listed SEAT Franchised Dealer,
by calling SEAT's Customer Interaction Centre on 0860 434 939 or +27 41 994 5699
for out of country.
Please note that in the unfortunate event of your vehicle being involved in an accident
we strongly recommend that it be repaired by an approved SEAT Motor Body Repairer
in order to ensure that you receive the benefits of the warranty offered by the
Approved Motor Body Repairer. It should be noted that accident damage and related
repairs are not covered by the warranties offered by SEAT of South Africa.
- The Approved SEAT Motor Body Repairer will perform all body and paint services
in accordance with the guidelines specified by SEAT of South Africa.
- The Approved SEAT Motor Body Repairer will only use genuine SEAT parts for all
repairs if warranty offered by the manufacturer or importer has not expired or lapsed.
- The Approved SEAT Motor Body Repairer warrants that all work performed shall
be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period equal to the outstanding
new SEAT's Body warranty or twelve months if the new SEAT’s body warranty
has lapsed.
- The Approved SEAT Motor Body Repairer warrants in respect of paint work that
the work is free from defects for a minimum warranty period of 3 years.
